This film travels to Kodinhi - a village in the Indian state of Kerala dubbed ‘Twin Town’ by locals. Out of a community containing just two thousand families Kodinhi is home to more than two hundred and fifty pairs of twins. It’s a fact that’s quickly earned the village a reputation for being ‘The doppelganger capital of the world’. 
NGC’s ‘Twin Town’ travels into the heart of this curious community to discover what it’s like to growing up in a place where seeing double is an everyday occurrence and attempts to unravel the mystery of why so many twins are being born in such a localized area.
