This episode features learning the Kung Fu and finding its origin.  We will have different masters and important figures telling their own and Hong Kuen-related stories. Through training and combating, the host - Wu Wen Lung will find the birthplace of Hong Kuen’s history. From the training and exploration, we have found that the secret skills of Hong Kuen echo nicely with its history.  We hope to let the audience to learn the secret skills of Hong Kuen through witnessing the host’s process of studying.In addition, the host will visit different Hong Kuen’s lineage masters, such as Mr. Kong Pui Wai, Mr. Liu Ka Yung and Mr. Lam Tsuen Ho. From them, we are going to learn about different boxing skills, history and the customs of the southern Lion Dance. In this episode, we will visit a Shaolin relic in Pu Tian province in FuKien and go to some overseas countries, such as Germany and Spain, to see the rapid growth of this Lingnan boxing. From the ups and downs of Hong Quan, the audience will witness the development of Hong Kuen schools and get to know the secret side of Hong Kuen.
