Alaska State Troopers

Synopsis

Ride along on board the trucks, boats, planes, helicopters, snow machines, and ATVs that one of the toughest law enforcement agencies in the nation, the Alaska State Troopers, utilise on their daily beat. The series follows State Troopers from two divisions within the storied organisation. The Alaska State Troopers, who police the towns, villages, and unincorporated communities of America's largest state, and the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, who enforce all of the state's commercial and sport, fish and game regulations. There are only 386 commissioned Troopers patrolling an area three times the size of Texas. Troopers often patrol alone, backup can be hours or even days away, and the terrain and weather on their beats are often unforgiving. Each episode follows a number of troopers in a number of different locations throughout the state.
