While flying remains the safest form of travel, accidents still happen. This series investigates the world’s most infamous plane crashes using survivor stories, expert interviews, and black-box data. With a team of highly skilled test pilots and cutting-edge flight simulators, we figure out what could have been done differently and how to prevent similar situations in the future.
