Synopsis

This series explores the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned wild animals by a network of dedicated caregivers in Western Kentucky. These state-licensed volunteers answer emergency calls day and night, and work with each other to provide the best care for each species, according to their expertise.
