Synopsis

The Iberian lynx is one of the most beautiful and scarcest feline species in the world. On the verge of extinction, its population is slowly beginning to recover. Over the course of a year, this series reveals the intimate life of the Iberian lynx in the mountains of Sierra Morena, in Andalusia, southern Spain. Through breathtaking cinematography, the series follows the lynxes in their struggle for survival, from the thrill of the hunt to the tender moments of parenting, and witnesses the coexistence with other animals like majestic golden eagles, playful otters, vigilant rabbits or powerful deer. This wildlife series is a celebration of the comeback of this unique feline and a call to keep protecting it from the challenges of the future.
