While Brian won the property with a bid that was lower than Lee wanted, he is sure that the house will have some hidden gems in it proving the job worth the price. +Brian and Lee arrive at a split-level home that sustained a house fire. The site supervisor explains that the woman has taken what she wants of the home and now, whatever is left is theirs. They notice a piano tucked away inside, and Lee has his eyes on some stuffed birds. Because of the low bid, Danley is left with a big challenge -- to make any money, they need to complete the job in one day. The Cash Factory
+Brian, Lee, and the rest of Danley Demolition are in Claremont, New Hampshire to take down an part of a paper mill. It's a hotspot for partying teenagers so the valuables could have been picked clean long ago. Brian and Eric are surprised to find a Winnebago, several snowmobiles, and a vintage voltage regulator…but the mill also comes with a major liability-a towering smoke stack that must come down without hitting any of the surrounding buildings or the members of the Danley Demo crew.
The Toilet Farm
+Brian and Lee win a bid on an abandoned boarding house in Manchester, New Hampshire. They need to make a few thousand dollars in profit to make the job worth the bid but Brian is hopeful. During the hunt, Brian finds a few interesting items such as an old Harley-Davidson that was hidden in the grass, and a tiny bear make-up compact. As the hunt end, Lee comes across a problem that Brian forgot to mention-the house has oil tanks in the basement. As it turns out, the tanks contain oil which slows down the demolition greatly. At the end of the day, despite the setbacks, Danley walks out on top, making enough money to turn some profit.
Haunted House Treasures
+Brian and Lee head to an old abandoned home in Meredith, NH that Brian hopes will have lots of hidden items left behind. But items might not be the only things that remain here. From the moment they arrive, Eric and Brian are not getting a good vibe from the place. They find some historical relics, but after getting a scare in the basement, the two are understandably spooked. There's not much time before Lee, Kip, and Gina intend to demolish the house and remove the home's antique beams for a potential buyer.
Muscle Car Mansion
+Brian and Lee accept a job from Lee's old friend, Dan. Despite the promise of nice items in the house, it appears as though everything inside has been taken. While it seems like all hope is lost, the guys find a classic Oldsmobile Cutlass 442, a spear gun and small cannon. All's well that ends well when the guys celebrate squeaking by with a profit by firing a golf ball from their new-found cannon.
Home Run House
+Brian, Lee, and the rest of Danley Demolition take down a house in Auburn, NH. Because of the neighborhood that the house is in, they expect a tremendous yield of great items, but the demo on the home is particularly tricky-the three-and-a-half-story chimney and house foundation need to remain intact. The guys find some major pieces of sports memorabilia. The value and the potential for a huge profit come down to the appraisal of Phil, a sports collectibles expert. If they are worth big bucks, the guys can walk away on top.
Farm House Fortune
+Lee and Brian are taking down an old farmhouse that was acquired by a school to make room for a new parking lot. The house has been abandoned for years and appears to be a time capsule waiting to be discovered. During the hunt they find some amazing things: an old bell; a Model A doodle bug tractor; a strange German typewriter; some old World War II-era items; and a very old locked safe that could be packed with valuables -- if they can get into it without destroying what's inside. Airplane Palace
+Lee and Brian win a bid on a farmhouse from the 1700s. While they cant keep the salvage from the house, they find some really awesome items insidemost notably, parts to an ultralight aircraft. Brian makes a risky call, and sinks a good amount of profit into the ultralightif it flies, they make a nice amount of cash, but if it doesnt, their profit will crash and burn.
Million Dollar Manor
+Brian and Lee are hired to bring down a huge oceanfront mansion for $4,000 below cost. However, if they let a scrap of the demoed house fall into the water, they could have to pony up thousands of their own money just to cover the fine. Relying on the building materials and items they can salvage from the house, they hope to make a profit.
Campus Cash Cow
+Brian and Lee submit to a blind bid on a 1920s farmhouse-turned-administration building on the UNH campus. To preserve his long-standing relationship with the University and his reputation for making them fair offers, Lee's bid is $2,000 below cost. Two thousand dollars in the hole is not an ideal way to start a job, so Brian and Eric know that they need to scour the building for hidden treasures in order to end up in the black.
Cops, Robbers, & Rewards
+Lee and Brian are back at UNH with a sealed bid for the demolition of a 2-story on-campus police station. Lee's bid, at $6,000, is at cost. Danley wins the project, but there's no promise of salvage. The building appears to be sealed up tightly, so Lee and Brian are optimistic of what might be inside, such as items confiscated and things forgotten. Eric and Brian must push themselves and race against the clock for a favorable profit and outcome, all the while trying to avoid swarms upon swarms of bees!
