Episodes

  • Bargain Bangers

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. This week the teams are given a mere 250 to buy their vehicle of choice. Unabashed by previous failures in the 4x4 scene, Frankie crowbars Ben into going for a Suzuki Samurai. George and Sheldon settle on a Fiat Seicento, with an Abarth body kit but unfortunately a non-running engine. Two bargain basement bangers, two teams of die-hard scrappers with three days to dismantle and flog parts. The only question left unanswered is which two can turn the most profit in this cheap and cheerful challenge.

  • Workhorse Write Offs

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. For this week's challenge the teams are asked to find a Workhorse Write Off - a vehicle that has worked hard for its living but is now surplus to requirements. Our scrap kings' usual MO is to work on and deal with run of the mill motors, so immediately they are forced to think outside of the box - something that doesn't come easily! George and Sheldon decide to plump for 'a tractor' and with nothing else more to go on they find themselves at a farming vehicles paradise. Meanwhile, Ben and Frankie bag a Ford Transit that has been converted...

  • The Swinging 60s

  • My First Car

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. Everybody remembers their first car - be it an embarrassing banger or an Italian thoroughbred - a first car is the first ticket to independence and coolness (if you can afford the insurance). In honour of first cars everywhere our teams are invited to find a version of their very own first car. A daunting prospect when you consider that one of the team members is going to have to watch their first love surgically pulled apart for parts! Ben and Frankie decide to go with Frankie's Austin 1100 and after a tough negotiation with a yard worker...

  • Breaking The Mould

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. The theme for the challenge this week is 'breaking the mould' where each team is tasked to find vehicle that challenged the design and car manufacture norms when it was released. Ben and Frankie decide to forego the traditional fourth wheel when they pick up the classic three-wheeler - the Reliant Robin. George and Sheldon go all green when they purchase the car that brought eco-friendly, hybrid technology to the masses - the Toyota Prius.

  • 50k Car

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. • Take Me Home

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. • Super Car Scrappers

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. Money, money, money is on our teams minds this time around as there are given 10,000 to buy a motor in the most expensive Strippers challenge so far. Both find true thoroughbreds: Ben and Frankie a Porsche 911, George and Sheldon a Maserati 3200 G. But with such big investments, will either team be able to turn a profit?

  • The French Connection

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. Vive la France! This week the teams go all continental as they look to buy and break a car that was designed and built in France. Ben and Frankie embrace the Gallic theme, as they travel to Northern France to check out a rusting Citroen DS. George and Sheldon stay a bit closer to home but are still able to pick up the equally iconic Citroen Dyane a descendant of the Citroen 2CV.

  • Blinged Up Breakers

    +

Two teams compete to see who can make the most money by buying, breaking and selling parts from scrap cars. This week the teams hope that there is money in modified motors as they go in search of a loud and lairy scrapper to buy and break. But which chavmobile will yield the most profit for their owners?
