Synopsis

Dr. Lauren Thielen is back home in Texas to open her very own exotic animal practice, located alongside one of the state's largest and busiest animal clinic. With the support of the 24/7 emergency room staff, and more than a dozen specialists, she treats everything from emus to hedgehogs, and whatever else comes through the door.

  • Big Bird, Big Problem

    It's never a dull moment as Dr. T treats a Texas-sized big bird with a big problem; two leaping lemurs with a serious case of sibling rivalry; and an adorable spiny hedgehog with some mysterious lumps. Additionally, a sweet cockatiel is rushed into the ER, teetering on the brink of life and death.

  • Bunny 911

    +

    A beautiful scarlet macaw needs Dr. T's help to reach an itch that she just can't scratch, and a pair of adorable baby sugar gliders come in for their very first doctor's visit. A bearded dragon has expensive taste that must be stopped before it becomes his last supper, and a giant rabbit is rushed into the ER with a life-threatening emergency!

  • Pain In The Chinchilla

    Dr. T is busy seeing many patients, including an adorable bunny with a chronic respiratory infection; a sweet chinchilla that can't eat due to possible dental pain; and a mangrove monitor lizard with an alarming infection on its skin.

  • The Terrible Turkey Trot

    Dr. T has her hands full with a prickly hedgehog in need of a tiny tooth extraction and a Russian tortoise named Stoli who won't open his mouth and take his medicine. Dr. T also treats a beloved African grey parrot with a worrisome growth that could be fatal.

  • Mother of Dragons

    +

    You never know who Dr. T's going to see or how she's going to fix it! This time she's got a fugitive turtle with a cracked shell; a diva Guinea pig with a huge stone that refuses to come out; and a cockatiel that's lost a leg but finds a forever home.

  • Fishin' Impossible

    It's definitely not a normal day as Dr. T needs to anesthetize a fish for an operation. A hobbled chinchilla needs orthopedic surgery to live its best life; a baby bearded dragon receives the world's tiniest neti pot; and a very fluffy bunny has a bizarre growth on its chin that could be a sign of serious illness.

  • T And The Family Turtle

    Dr. T treats all her patients like family, but this week her turtle patient Gallagher actually belongs to Dr. T's sister. Dr. T also helps a pregnant rabbit who is having a hard time delivering, and a brave little gecko battles for its life after an attack by the family cat.

  • The Roo To Recovery

    Dr. T is on a mission to fix a kangaroo's dislocated ankle, but there is no guarantee that the risky surgery will do the trick. On top of that, she must solve the mystery behind the mass lurking inside her parrot patient and must help a bunny find its lost appetite.
