Synopsis
New Zealand's waters are home to some of the most determined, athletic, and charismatic dolphins on the planet. Bottlenose dolphins must navigate the freezing waters of Fiordland to ensure the survival of their calves. Dusky dolphins perform daily acrobatic displays to strengthen their pods bonds. And a common dolphin calf has to learn her pods hunting strategies if she wants her fill of fish. Every dolphin relies on the ways of the pod, and it is through their close-knit communities that they have become so successful.
