THRESHER SHARKS

· Thresher sharks are known for their longer dangerous tails, which are often just as long or longer than the rest of their body.

· They use their long tails to “whip” their prey.

· They are also one of the only species of shark that jumps completely out of the water, a behavior which is called breeching.
